The Northwest Christian University spring sports teams placed 15 athletes on the U.S. Bank Academic All-Cascade Collegiate Conference team as announced by the conference offices on Tuesday.

Junior Chris Zirkle made his first attempt at the 10,000m run a good one, winning the event and setting a new school record in the process at Western Oregon University's John Knight Twilight. Three other school records were also reset by NCU freshman.
